About Danielle

Danielle was 5 years old in 1990 when her dad, Forrest Odend’hal, got his real estate license.  She has grown up around the real estate business her whole life; also working in Forrest’s previously owned Brokerage in Manassas, VA – Cowne, Odend’hal & Plaster, during her high school years.  Danielle went on to graduate from Osbourn Park High School in 2003 then Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007, obtaining her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.  There were numerous job opportunities Danielle experienced after graduating college but ultimately found herself back in the real estate industry. 

Danielle obtained her real estate license in 2011 and, until her recent role with NextHome The Agency Group, she was with Long & Foster as a Realtor since then.  In addition to being a Realtor, Danielle has delved into numerous roles under the real estate umbrella – working as a personal assistant with The Odend’hal Group of Long & Foster, a Property Manager with Long & Foster and a Transaction Coordinator with the Agent Services Group of Long & Foster.  Additionally, Danielle has managed Forrest’s investment properties. 

There is no greater honor to her than to assist someone in their real estate journey – at whatever point they are in their journey – to achieve their own personal goals. Whether this is a first time renter, an investor looking for an opportunity, a first time homebuyer, or someone selling their 10th home, Danielle’s goal is to provide exceptional service with a positive and uplifting approach.  She thrives on helping people and it is what drives her day to day to know she is making a difference in someone’s life - and what better way than helping people achieve their goal in home ownership.
